She covers the latest in style trends, gift-giving, home décor, beauty products, foodie finds and travel destinations, all while checking out and showing off the hottest spots and interviewing countless celebrities, entertainers and top experts. Over the course of her career, Alison has stood on stage with Britney Spears and the cast of Glee, swapped stories with Jim Carrey and Jay Leno for her own column, produced and styled editorial shoots around the world and performed hundreds of makeovers for people – and their spaces. Known as “The Fixer,” she can help you solve your fashion conundrums, take the reins of a home decorating transformation or hand you the hottest trend without breaking a sweat… or a nail.

 

Alison appears regularly on Good Morning America, TODAYThe View, Access Hollywood, Steve Harvey, Hallmark Channel's Home & Family, and KTLA’s Morning Show and made frequent appearances on Style's How Do I Look, TBS' Movie and a Makeover, Tyra, CBS This Morning, Life & Style and The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet.  She was the Style Expert on Hallmark Channel’s Marie, TLC's Ten Years Younger, Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker, and Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers.  Alison is currently both contributing editor and on-air expert for Closer Weekly.  In addition, she has hosted several web series including: AOL's StyleList "In the Know," Playtex's Bra Makeover series, HerSay with Soleil Moon Frye, and was the host, producer and writer of “A Secret Worth Sharing,” featured on MSN, Glo, and Wonderwall.  These web series collectively have had more than 35 million views.  That’s a lot of clicks.  

 

Online, Alison's blog is THE destination for all things lifestyle, including: fashion, beauty, gifts, shopping, travel and Alison’s regular appearances. Alison’s YouTube channel has been growing faster than you can Google the word “awesome,” with over 22 million views, and you should for sure friend her on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.

 

Alison has worked with multiple brands as their on-air spokesperson, helping them develop and expand their editorial content on television, web series and social media, as well as hosting live speaking engagements for them across the country.  She has provided her expertise to companies like: Playtex, American Express, Perricone MD, TJ Maxx, J.C. Penney, Kraft, Cricut, Nintendo, Cabot Stain, Hotels.com and Garnier. 

 

Prior to establishing her successful television career, Alison worked as a stylist, fashion director and print journalist.  She had her own celebrity interview column, and wrote numerous lifestyle articles for a variety of national magazines.  For five years, she wrote a popular column, "Ask Alison," that was regularly featured on Glam.com, the #1 style & lifestyle site in the U.S.  She has worked with such acclaimed designers as Michael Kors, Cynthia Rowley, Betsey Johnson, Ralph Lauren and Kate Spade. Alison and her husband have two dogs, Penny and Lucy, and volunteer regularly with the animal rescue organization, The Rescue Train, in Los Angeles.
