about alison

Alison Deyette has been a television correspondent for many years for national news and entertainment programs. She’s covered the latest in cutting edge style trends, interviewed celebrities, entertainers and top designers, and even redecorated homes.

Alison appears regularly on such shows as the Today Show, The View, Tyra, iVillage Live and TBS’ Movie and a Makeover translating the latest fashion and lifestyle trends for the real world. Considered by many local news programs to be their NY style correspondent, her energetic, dynamic personality and approachable sense of style give her segments a unique flair that viewers relate to.

In addition to her frequent guest appearances, Alison is also the host of Fine Living Network’s weekly lifestyle show Pocket the Difference. Often interviewed in print and news publications, she has lent her expertise to O Magazine, Family Circle, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, USA Today and more.

Prior to establishing her successful television career, Alison was a stylist, fashion director and runway producer for more than ten years, working with such acclaimed designers as Michael Kors, Cynthia Rowley, Betsey Johnson, Ralph Lauren and Kate Spade.

A self-described travel buff, she has been around the globe creating editorial shoots in Europe, the U.S., the Caribbean and such faraway places as Iceland, Morocco and South Africa for numerous publication including Mode, Woman’s Day, Good Housekeeping, YM, People en Espanol, Teen People, Fitness and Ocean Drive.

Alison, of course, is also cofounder and "style chef” of StyleBakery.com, a successful online fashion magazine featuring style solutions, shopping picks, fashion advice and trend information.
