I’ll admit I have a sweet tooth. I don’t eat just any sweets. I prefer my sweets to be from a bakery or homemade. My lifestyle Super Easy co-host Jesse Brune-Horan and I show how to make super easy delicious homemade peanut butter cups. They’re quick to create and taste yummy. They’re perfect desserts for a party or stay-at-home movie night. We also like to pack them on parchment paper in a small box and give them as delicious hostess gifts.

Super Easy Delicious Homemade Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips (We used Nestlé chips.)
1/4 cup of sugar
2 tsp of coconut oil
1.5-2 cups of peanut butter
Melt chocolate in a double boiler constantly stirring it to melt and not let it burn. Or melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 seconds increments to stir and check along the way.
Stir in the coconut oil when it is nearly done.
Stir sugar into the bowl of peanut butter.
Use cupcake liners to fill with the peanut butter cup ingredients. Add a small scoop of melted chocolate, then a small scoop of peanut butter mix and then top with another scoop of chocolate. in the cupcake liner.
Sprinkle on sea salt or colorful sprinkles on top.
Put plate or tray of cupcake liner filled peanut butter cups into the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes to set. The peanut butter cups will take the shape of the cupcake liners. Once set and chilled, you can peel off the cupcake liners and enjoy the delicious, yummy homemade peanut butter cups.
